Fits 1-2 pairs of shoes, more if smaller probably. Nice to keep shoe debris directly away from bag interiors.

Bought this for my son who is a mad keen basketballer. Room for his basketball, size 14 shoes, towel, water bottle, and compartments to keep things neat and organised. He’s thrilled with it. Great purchase and good quality. Very happy with the purchase and its functionality.
This bag is fantastic. I use the bottom section for squat shoes on squat day or on other days I store my barbell collars in it rather than in the main section. The side pocket is long so it holds my large pre workout bottle. It is tall enough to fit my tripod. Plenty of pockets and space. And as a backpack the weight is distributed better rather than a shoulder strap bag. Very happy with the bag.

Bought some 2 x duffle 40L bags. One blue and one pink for my two nieces who play footy and netball. I also got them screen printed with their names. One loves hers! The other hasn’t got hers yet as her birthday isn’t for another month. Anyway love the quality, love the amount of pockets and where they are. Love the inserts that come with it. Just a really great bag!
I've been looking for a proper sports bag for years and I've had some decent ones, but this one undoubtedly takes the cake. The overall quality and feel is amazing. The amount, size and placement of compartments is very well thought out. I've used it just last weekend for a Summer Camp and grading where I had to take a lot of gear. The main compartment alone fitted my 4 folded gi's (2 kata, 2 kumite), belt, shin pads, gloves, knee pads and chest guard (cups), and the little compartments in de lid held my mouth guard, plasters, tapes and such. And then I still had plenty of room in the side compartments for everything else I needed to take to training, including 2 large sports bottles. I'm very happy with and excited about this bag and will recommend 10/10 to anyone who asks 😁💪🏻
Excellent quality and service, our granddaughters are over the moon with their new netball duffles. Easy to see where their bags are amongst all the others on game day. 100% recommend.
